This explains how Naylor Technical Solutions uses any personal data collected in order to conduct business with you. It also describes how long that information is kept for and the circumstances in which we might disclose it to another party.

Details we hold

In order to conduct business, NTS may hold the following company and personal data with regard to its customers and external providers:

  • Company Names
  • Company addresses
  • Individual employee names
  • Contact phone numbers (office and mobile)
  • Contact fax numbers
  • Email Addresses
  • Credit Check in order to offer credit terms of account
  • Client customer details (for delivery purposes)

This data is collected from incoming and outgoing enquiries, verbally, from search engines and 3rd party credit checks. Other items by exception will be requested with signed authority.

Length of time held

In order to comply with GDPR, these details will only be kept for the shortest time required. This will vary according to the type of data being held.

How to access your personal data

To see full details of the personal data held in connection with you by NTS, you will need to make a Subject Access Request (SAR) under the GDPR. To initiate an SAR, email [email protected] or call Deirdre Speed on 01427 617547.

Keeping your details secure

We store all of our information electronically, protected by encryption and firewall technology. This may include storage on servers at our head office in Germany. We do not store credit or debit card numbers or their security codes. These details will be requested during the processing of specific transactions.

Sharing Personal Information

We will not process your personal data for any other purpose than that for which it was collected without first providing you with information on that other purpose and seeking your consent if applicable, except where we are required to disclose your personal data in accordance with legislation.
