Novoform is a light and rigid, easy to handle and durable encapsulated wire permanent formwork system. It provides a professional and cost-effective replacement for traditional formwork systems such as timber or blockwork.
Novoform can be supplied cut to size to form groundbeams, pile caps, bases and can be radiused for wind turbine bases and manholes.
Novoform can reduce your ‘on site’ labour costs through speed of installation. It does not require skilled labour or specialised training. As a permanent formwork solution, there are no formwork removal costs after concrete is poured. Unlike traditional formwork, there are no additional cleaning and storage costs and the use of Novoform results in reduced ‘cart away’.
Novoform is quick and accurate, delivered pre-cut, pre-formed and clearly identified to your requirements. All packaging allows for effective and safe mechanical offloading by crane, forklift or telehandler.

Novoform is made from a fully welded, mild steel construction mesh which is encapsulated using 2 layers of UV stable polyethylene membrane.
Each bar is spaced 150mm vertically and 75mm horizontally to create a rectangular mesh compatible with standard spacers.
On site health and safety is paramount. Novoform’s bold orange membrane makes the formwork easily visible and our extensive range of sizes means there are no long over hanging wires.
Novoform is an easy to install solution, backed by an experienced and professional off and on-site support team, who can provide advice on installation if required.
